1 General Terms

3 Registration & Verification

When registering a prk777 account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number. You must keep this information current — if your details change after registration, update them through your account settings or contact support.

prk777 may require identity verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary. Verification documents may include:

4 Deposits

All deposits on prk777 are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page at the time of your transaction.

5 Withdrawals

To be eligible to withdraw, your account must have completed the required identity verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be placed on hold until documentation is reviewed and approved.

• Raast and bank transfers are generally settled within 24 hours, though bank processing times may vary.

7 Gameplay Rules

• Game outcomes for Slots and Casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. prk777 does not influence game outcomes.
• Live Casino games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers. Results are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) in real time.
• Sports Betting markets — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each market. Settled bets are final unless a manifest error is identified.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game or live bet, prk777's system records will be used to determine the outcome. Incomplete rounds are handled according to the game provider's rules.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use automated betting scripts or coordinate bets in ways that constitute match manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

8 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your prk777 account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised the activity.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering or use of the platform for unlawful purposes

• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation — for example, a voluntary closure request — any remaining real money balance will be returned to the registered payment method after verification.

10 Responsible Gaming
